Groundbreaking on the new service bay addition to the Matthews Buses facility located at 4802 West Colonial Road (State Route 50) began this week in earnest. The 6,000 square feet being added to the shop will bring the total square footage to 26,000. The parts warehouse will also be expanded as part of this project. A grand opening is being planned for when the shop addition is completed by January 2012.
