Transportation Pros Enjoy a Day on the Links in Central New York

School transportation professionals demonstrated their golf acumen on June 26th during the 2017 School Bus Transportation Golf Tournament at Casolwood Golf Course in Canastota, NY. Baldwinsville, Central Square, Fayetteville-Manlius, Hammond, Jamesville-DeWitt, Oswego, and Sackets Harbor were among the school districts represented. Matthews Buses’ Scott Goble played in the tournament and provided some of the prizes awarded to attendees.

The event was organized by the now-retired School Transportation Executive, Dave Duell, a mainstay in the industry for countless years.

Casolwood Golf Course boasts a 6,214 yard layout that provides a golf experience suitable to golfers of all skill levels. For over 25 years, Casolwood has hosted annual International Boxing Hall of Fame Golf Tournament.
